Copyright Policy
Effective October 2, 2026
Fantastic respects copyright and expects the people who use abocco.com (the "Service") to do the same. We respond to notices of claimed infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Reporting infringement
If you believe content on the Service infringes a copyright you own or are authorized to act for, send our designated agent a written notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed (or, for several works, a representative list);
- the location of the infringing material on the Service, such as its web address, in enough detail for us to find it;
- your name, mailing address, phone number and email address;
- a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
A notice missing these elements may not be acted on. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can make you liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).
2. What happens next
When we receive a complete notice, we will remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to tell the person who posted it, including by giving them a copy of the notice.
3. Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send our designated agent a counter-notice that includes:
- your physical or electronic signature;
- a description of the material that was removed and where it appeared on the Service before removal;
- a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- your name, mailing address and phone number; and
- a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district where your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or their agent.
When we receive a complete counter-notice, we will send a copy to the person who sent the original notice. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we will restore the material within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notice.
4. Repeat infringers
We will close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright, in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove content or close accounts that we believe infringe, whether or not we have received a notice.
5. Designated agent
Send notices and counter-notices to our designated agent:
