Terms of Use
Effective October 2, 2026
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Fantastic ("we," "us," or "our") covering your use of abocco.com and everything on it (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who may use the Service
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The Service is offered to people in the United States. If you use it from elsewhere, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for following your local laws.
- You may not use the Service if we have previously suspended or removed your account, or if you are barred from doing so by law.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
- One account per person. Do not share, sell or transfer your account.
- Tell us at legal@abocco.com right away if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
3. Your content
"Your content" means anything you upload, post or send through the Service: files, posts, comments, messages, collections, your profile picture and similar material. You keep ownership of your content.
You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, copy, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to run the Service, and to show it to the people you share it with. This license ends when your content is permanently deleted, except for copies kept in backups for a limited time or where the law requires us to keep them.
When you share content, the people you share it with can view, play and download it, and can keep any copies they make. Think before you share.
You promise that you have every right needed to upload and share your content, and that it does not break these Terms or the law.
4. Rules of conduct
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Upload, share or request any material that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report such material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), keep the records the law requires, and remove the accounts involved.
- Share intimate images of anyone without their consent, or sexual content of any kind involving a person who has not consented.
- Harass, threaten, bully or intimidate anyone, or encourage violence or self-harm.
- Post anyone's private information (such as their address, phone number or financial details) without their permission.
- Infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
- Break any law, or help anyone else break one.
- Upload viruses, malware or anything meant to damage or gain access to systems or data.
- Send spam, unsolicited advertising or chain messages, or create accounts in bulk.
- Pretend to be another person or organization, or misrepresent your connection to them.
- Get into accounts, data or parts of the Service you are not allowed into, probe or test its security, or get around rate limits, storage limits or other restrictions.
- Scrape, crawl or copy the Service or other users' content by automated means.
- Place an unreasonable load on the Service or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
- Use the Service as a host or distribution point for content meant for people outside it.
5. Reporting problems
To report content or behavior that breaks these Terms, email legal@abocco.com with a link to the content and a short description. For copyright complaints, follow our Copyright Policy. If you come across child sexual abuse material, also report it to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org. Do not download it or send it to us.
6. How we enforce these Terms
We may review, remove or restrict access to any content, and suspend or close any account, at any time and for any reason, including when we believe it breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other people at risk. We may do so without notice. Our administrators can access accounts and content when needed to run, secure and support the Service and to enforce these Terms. We may also preserve content and share it with law enforcement when the law requires it or when we believe in good faith it is needed to protect someone's safety.
We have no obligation to monitor content, and we are not responsible for content that other users post.
7. Limits and storage
Accounts come with limits, such as how much you can store and how often you can post or send messages. We may set or change these limits at any time. The Service is not a backup service: keep your own copies of anything that matters to you.
8. Changes to the Service
The Service is a small, independently run site. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it, or all of it, at any time. If we plan to shut the Service down for good, we will try to give you reasonable notice so you can download your files, but we cannot promise to.
9. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account deactivates it and signs you out; your data is kept for a time so the account can be restored. To have your data permanently erased, email legal@abocco.com. The Privacy Policy explains what we keep and for how long. Sections 3 (the last two paragraphs), 4 and 10 through 15 continue to apply after your account is closed.
10. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT YOUR CONTENT WILL NOT BE LOST.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, PROFITS OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN TOLD SUCH DAMAGES ARE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50). Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you and we consent to their personal jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you agree to email us at legal@abocco.com and give us 30 days to try to resolve it informally.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and for significant changes we will tell you in the Service before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept them. If you do not, stop using the Service and delete your account.
15. General
These Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Copyright Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a transfer of the Service.
